Instructional Technology Council

Instructional Technology Council is an affiliated council of the American Association of Community Colleges established in 1977, represents higher education institutions in the United States and Canada and is leader in advancing distance education. ITC is constantly working to raise awareness about the benefits of distance learning, instructional telecommunications, and future needs and possibilities.
