Step 1: Record a 3-5 minute video via Mediasite or in WMV or MP4 format that describes how webcasting is used in your organization. Your nomination can speak to your use of either Sonic Foundry’s webcasting platform, Mediasite, or your work with Mediasite Events.

Step 2: Complete a short nomination application
In addition to your contact information, you will need to provide a written summary of your presentation.
Step 3: Upload your video
IMPORTANT: The link to your Mediasite presentation or a copy of your video nomination is required.
If selected as a finalist:
Win an annual license of My Mediasite: RMIA finalists and winners in attendance at UNLEASH will have the chance to win an annual license of My Mediasite during a drawing at the end of the conference. (Winners of the Video in Education award are not eligible for the drawing.)
Video in Education Award and Scholarship: Two winning higher education institutions will each receive a $2500 scholarship to award to a student of their choice as well as an annual license of My Mediasite for their institution’s use. Nominees must explain how Mediasite and video enhances educational experience of students at their institution, and define the criteria they will use to award the scholarship to a worthy student.
