Position Location
Madison, WI
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Primary Purpose
Supports the Mediasite product line in terms of remote installations, configurations, maintenance and support of server and client hardware.
General Responsibilities
- Provides support via telephone and email for end users, resellers and internal sales people.
- Research & resolve technical issues.
- Document solutions to problems.
- Assist other departments with special projects and other duties as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Experience researching technical solutions via the internet a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL Server preferred.
- Familiarity with using IIS & Windows Media Services as streaming servers preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional license preferred.
