I’ve already heard about a pay-per-access webcast program at Ontario Hospital Association in Toronto, how The University of Auckland, New Zealand keeps its online viewers engaged with social media and how Sandia National Labs in Albuquerque, NM is digitizing and managing thousands of hours of footage to meet national archiving standards. And it’s only 11 a.m.
We’ve had a jam-packed morning and afternoon full of sessions led by staff from Sonic Foundry and our talented customers who are sharing best practices. All morning and afternoon attendees at Unleash have been learning from peers about how to take their Mediasite implementations to the next level.

“Technology has to respond to the world we live in.” – Scott Walker, President and CEO of Waveguide Consulting
We live in an era where video, live-streamed and recorded, is rapidly becoming our primary source for learning something new. Today, leading corporations and education institutions like yours have amazing opportunities to harness the power of video to advance their message, improve collaboration, expand business opportunities and educate the masses.
But technology advocates at your institutions face tons of challenges as they try to improve productivity and capture institutional knowledge in this video-enabled era.
Unleash is just two months away, and we’ve got another action-packed, education-filled user conference planned for you this year. Unleash is your best opportunity to explore, learn, connect and play with other Mediasite enthusiasts, newbies and experts. If it’s been a few years since you’ve attended, we encourage you to come back to Madison, Wis. to see what’s new and take advantage of all the great learning opportunities.
I can’t believe there are only two months left before Unleash 2013! It seems like we were just wrapping up last year’s Mediasite User Conference, but our seventh annual program is just around the corner. This year will be our biggest one yet with hundreds from all over the world in attendance here in Madison, Wis.
Sure, making any sort of financial decision can be tricky, but determining which hybrid event services to use might be trickier than you thought.
From the stage to the screen there are several vendors you need to choose, such as your streaming provider, the platform you use and the production services. As a planner you get quotes from several vendors and they may not seem like they’re apples to apples.
The new year is jam-packed with a long lineup of conferences that we plan to be a part of, and the first one is already coming up.
