Asking yourself the following questions will help you define your goals for webcasting your event, and help you find the right partner who can hide the complexity and execute a flawless hybrid experience.
It’s day one of a big conference and while most attendees are shaking hands, trading business cards and clamoring for the best seat to catch the opening keynote, there’s a small number of individuals sitting at their office computers sipping coffee and firing up their internet connection.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been a decade since we first partnered with two of the biggest AV shows in the world, but here we are, once again, capturing the InfoComm 2013 and UBTech 2013 conferences in Orlando, Fla. this week.
We’ve been the streaming sponsor for both shows for the past 10 years, allowing people all over the world to attend these shows remotely via Mediasite webcasts.

There are only 25 days until our annual Mediasite User Conference Unleash 2013 … not that we’re counting or anything. Unleash is one of the most exciting times of the year for us, and we can’t wait for our Mediasite family from all over the globe to get together here in Madison, Wis. to learn from each other and have lots of fun while doing it.
"For the past five years, I have attended the Mediasite UNLEASH meeting and each year I have learned about new and innovative features added to the Mediasite recorders, tips and techniques to improve presentations for our viewers and most important to Michigan Public Health Institute, ways to increase our customer base. UNLEASH is the only conference that I have consistently attended over the past five years that each presentation provides information to enhances your thinking about the use of electronic media in education and training situations."
Ahhhh, March Madness. That time of year when the sports fans in your life go a little bit crazy with their love of restaurants that have both a) all-you-can-eat chicken wings, and b) hundreds of televisions. I admit I’m not immune to the magic. I honestly believe my bracket selections are sure to win, even though I haven’t made it past round one in something like 10 years.
