From 20 to 200 in 1 Month with Mediasite: Large-scale Lecture Capture Experiences and Lessons Learned - Frode Næsje, Assistant Professor, Narvik University College

In 2009, Narvik University College started offering all engineering study programs as online courses, and for the next couple years, NUC staff recorded lectures in the studio due to the challenges of live recording in the classroom. After installing Mediasite into their biggest auditoriums in 2012, NUC's volume of live lectures increased dramatically. Frode shares his campus' experiences and lessons learned in transitioning from studio productions to fully automated classroom capture that minimizes staff involvement while yielding exceptional quality content. He also discusses NUC's partnership with UNINETT - the  internet and network services provider for universities and research institutes in Norway.
