Bersin & Associates Creates Knowledge Archive of IMPACT 2009 Sessions with Mediasite

Online catalog will house on-demand webcasts of key presentations

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - April 14, 2009 - Sonic Foundry, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOFO), the recognized market leader for rich media webcasting and knowledge management, today announced Bersin & Associates has selected the Mediasite platform to webcast the second annual IMPACT 2009, The Business of Talent Conference, held April 14-16 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The three-day program includes sessions featuring more than 60 senior human resources and learning executives. The event will address the topics and issues critical to managing and developing talent in today's challenging business climate, including global talent management, learning on-demand, leadership pipelines, budgeting and social networking. New this year is an entire track devoted to learning technology, presentations on new research findings by Bersin & Associates analysts and a special news event on the forces shaping corporate learning platforms today, "The Pivot Point for LMSs." Research Director Chris Howard will unveil highlights of a new study, LMS and Learning Platforms 2009.
