The Global Educational Outreach for Science Engineering and Technology (GEOSET) at Florida State University is all about fostering creativity and providing a free resource of educational material, using the skills and talents of people from around the world.
This initiative uses new technology to provide outstanding science, engineering and technology teaching material. GEOSET aims to create a global network of participating sites who deliver valuable downloadable teaching material created by the best science and technology experts and educators via Mediasite.
"With the advantage of quickly publishing presentations online or doing live broadcasts, we know that the Mediasite system will be at the heart of our future endeavours," said Steve Acquah, Department of Chemistry.
