North Carolina State University implemented Mediasite into 16 classrooms and six mini studios. Distance Education & Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) has 45 Mediasite ML Recorders, services well over 6,000 students and is experiencing its second year of triple-digit growth, with more than 10,000 presentations accounting for more than 200,000 views in 2009 alone. 

In the College of Engineering, Mediasite supports 13 online graduate degree programs, a computer programmer certificate and two distance Bachelor of Science in engineering programs with 1,200 students from 65 counties, 33 states and eight foreign countries. 

"Mediasite has opened the door for us in several ways to better serve our students, faculty and clients," said Laura Stephenson, associate director, academic technologies, distance education.
