SAE International Conference Reaches Automotive Industry Professionals via Mediasite

MADISON, Wis. - August 4, 2010 - Sonic Foundry, Inc.(NASDAQ: SOFO), the recognized market leader for rich media webcasting and knowledge management, today announced that SAE International, a professional global mobility engineering society, selected Sonic Foundry Event Services to create blended global events via Mediasite.

SAE International needed a cost-effective way to create a hybrid event for its 2010 World Congress, held in Detroit. The intent was to deliver virtual presentations to attendees who couldn't attend onsite due to travel and budget constraints.

Keynote sessions were webcast using Mediasite and are available for on-demand public viewing at www.sae.org/congress/webcasts.
