Sonic Foundry Appoints Lisa Fichter Channel Development Manager
Sonic Foundry, Inc. (AMEX: SFO) has announced the appointment of Lisa Fichter to the newly created position of Channel Development Manager. She reports to Director of Retail Business Development, Doug Nestler, and will be responsible for the development of vertical markets, starting with the Broadcast and Education markets. Fichter came to Sonic Foundry from the broadcast industry, where she was most recently general manager of KIKR-FM.
According to Nestler, "Lisa brings a strong background in broadcast to the task of expanding our reach outside of our traditional sales channels. We are very pleased to have Lisa on board."
