Sonic Foundry Enters Into Agreement With eAudio.com

Sonic Foundry[R] Inc. (Nasdaq: SOFO), a leading developer of digital media and Internet software products and services, announced today that it has entered into an OEM partnership with eAudio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cirrus Logic, Inc., (Nasdaq: CRUS), to provide a customized version of its digital music and video entertainment software, SIREN[TM] XPress, for the eAudio portal. eAudio is a dedicated audio-only Internet portal carrying a variety of MP3 players, sound cards, peripherals, drivers, audio software and games, with more products and features planned.
