Sonic Foundry to Host Annual Shareholders Meeting Thursday, March 4, 2010

MADISON, Wis. - February 25, 2010 - Sonic Foundry, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOFO), the recognized market leader for rich media webcasting and knowledge management, today announced it will hold its shareholders meeting at 9:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, March 4 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison, Wisconsin.

The company will host a corporate webcast for analysts and investors that day at 9:00 a.m. CT / 10:00 a.m. ET. It will use its patented rich media communications system, Mediasite, to webcast the presentation for live and on-demand viewing.
