Sonic Foundry, Inc. to Trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market

Sonic Foundry, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOFO), the leading developer and marketer of digital media and Internet software tools, services, and systems, announced today that it is switching the listing of its common stock from the American Stock Exchange to The Nasdaq Stock Market[R]. Effective Monday, April 24, 2000, the Company's common stock will trade under the symbol SOFO.
