Sonic Foundry to Showcase Full Line of Mediasite Rich Media Recorders at NSCA Expo

The National Systems Contractor Association (NSCA) event is held March 10-12 in Orlando.

Now on its fourth generation of Mediasite products, Sonic Foundry continues to deliver customer-driven enhancements to its line of rich media recorders that truly set it apart in the marketplace. As the only provider of real-time multi-channel recorders for rich media content, the company delivers a powerful suite of products that provide the ultimate in simplicity, versatility and reliability, regardless of communications environment. The Mediasite family includes: the rack-mounted Mediasite RL400, the mobile Mediasite ML, the Mediasite VL video conferencing recorder and the Mediasite server.

Headlining the company's NSCA demonstrations is the Mediasite RL400, the industry's first real-time rich media recorder for fixed installations. Ideal for AV-ready facilities, such as lecture halls, corporate training facilities and conference rooms, or incorporated into an AV cart, the Mediasite RL400 allows organizations to take a modular approach to building a powerful rich media communications system. As a stand-alone presentation recorder it allows users to instantly capture and replay audio video, and visuals from presentations without a backend server connection, and immediately burn them to a CD.

For more expanded capabilities, users simply add a Mediasite Server to enable secure live broadcasting, content management and Web publishing.
