Sonic Foundry Signs OEM Agreement with Matrox

Sonic Foundry, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOFO), a leading developer of media authoring tools, today announced it has signed an agreement with the Matrox Video Products Group of Matrox Electronic Systems, Ltd. to bundle its ACID[TM] Music software with Matrox RT2000. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Matrox is a technology leader in the development of computer-based digital video hardware and software tools. The RT2000 system provides a real-time nonlinear editing solution for corporate, event, and multimedia video artists with an impressive array of professional features at an unprecedented price.
