Stream Globally, Save Locally: Using Webcasting and Intelligent Audio-Visual Design to Unite International Employees and Clients

International companies have long embraced technology to help them connect with employees and clients in multiple locations, time zones and countries. But often the results don't live up to the hype - some technology can be resource intensive or difficult to use, the final product may not reflect the quality of your brand and the cost to get everyone that same message at the same time can damper adoption.
Such was the dilemma of Faegre & Benson, one of the largest law firms in the US. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Faegre & Benson has practices in 4 US cities, employees on 3 continents and clients in all 50 US states and 60 countries worldwide. And while the firm had expended tremendous resources to integrate several presentation technologies for web communications, it soon introduced the Mediasite webcasting platform into its AV ecosystem to streamline production time, improve the quality of their recordings and make it easier for people to watch online - all while lowering costs.
During this webinar, Peter Gorton, Presentation Services Coordinator at Faegre & Benson, will explain why their approach to webcasting has generated new interest among their peers:
- See a photo tour of the firm's multi-national communications infrastructure
- Learn how you can bring together employees and clients in real-time despite varied locations and busy schedules - and cut costs at the same time
- Understand the business benefits of live streaming over other web communication options, including cost- and time-savings, more cohesive messaging and faster updates on emerging information
- Discover new applications for webcasting to further enhance communication between employees, clients and the community
