Recharge Your Video Strategy: How to maximize professional development and revenue generation

On Demand

What happens when you launch a technology initiative, including online learning, flipped classrooms and web content, at a long standing organization that’s been offering in-person training programs for 40 years?  It could be a recipe for disaster but if done right, it can also open the doors to a world of opportunities.

In 2011, The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) wanted to open that door and has done so carefully and successfully. It recharged its educational programs by employing a video strategy that would not only strengthen the workforce and connect learners with other legal professionals, but also give them access to a brand new catalog of courses, all without leaving their desks.

Find out how NITA gathered the resources and inspiration it needed to rollout online video courses to complement its in-person training and learn how to apply it to your industry. You’ll leave this live webinar knowing how to:

  • Build upon a successful pilot by getting stakeholders to embrace the expectations of more nimble and connected learners
  • Leverage the online learning modules in marketing campaigns to broaden your reach and get more program buy-in
  • Turn employees/customers into program ambassadors who will enhance stakeholder relationships, promote trust, and help build your online learning catalog
