Sandi Daniel has a long history with incentive research and the IRF.  She began working with them as a volunteer on the Research committee in 2006 and eventually become a Trustee, a member of the Executive Committee, and is currently the Chair of the organization.  She is also President and CEO of FIRE Light Group, a full service engagement and incentive company based in Madison WI. Sandi has been a speaker and instructor at numerous conferences and forums during her career. She helps organizations with all aspects of incentive and motivational strategies to enable employees, channel partners and/or customers to perform and produce at higher levels. Considering elements such as corporate culture, employee/customer demographics, competition and budget constraints she helps organizations select the right engagement solution and execute the appropriate motivation strategy for her clients.

In addition to running Randall Insights, LLC, Lynn provides industry thought leadership as the Education and Content Consultant for the Incentive Research Foundation.  Her consulting practice has included all aspects of communication strategy, event experience design, speaker coaching for optimal impact, and measurement. Prior to creating Randall Insights, Lynn founded and led the Business Solutions Group consulting practice at Maritz Travel. Lynn is a graduate of the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism.
