Tips for Hybrid Meeting Success

Tips for Hybrid Meeting Success

You may have started your hybrid-event planning so attendees could save a little travel money, but you already know it can’t end there. The event of the future leverages technology to support engagement for in-person and remote audiences before, during and after the event. And more than ever, meeting planners are required to create content strategies that encapsulate ROI, metrics, video capture and more.

Kevin O’Connor, our Mediasite Events expert, has pro-tips on how to meet those challenges.

In this session he’ll guide you through the process of selecting the right technology partner to help you execute a successful hybrid event. And he’ll share some real-life success stories on how to put video content to work for you long after the event is over. You’ll learn how to:

  • Create persistent online communities with video to connect online and on-site attendees before, during and after the event
  • Identify the technologies and video partners that are right for your event
  • Use video to create revenue-generating streams for your organization
  • Use streamed sessions to fuel your content marketing strategy and keep your event alive long after it’s over
