Error: Operation Aborted when trying to view a presentation

Issue:

When trying to view a presentation in Internet Explorer, the following error appears:

Unable to open the Internet page: [url]
Operation Aborted

Solution(s):

This appears to be a problem with the Skype add-on for Internet Explorer. Follow these steps to disable the add-on:

1. Go to Tools --> Internet Options


2. Click the Programs tab, and then the Manage add-ons button at the bottom


3. Find any Skype add-ons on the list, highlight them, and click the Disable button


4. Click Ok and Ok again
