Player Load Error when attempting to view a presentation

Issue:
When attempting to view a presentation, one of the following errors appears:

ReferenceError: LayoutOptions is not defined
Solution(s):
These errors can be caused by settings in Symantec Client Security. Try making the following changes in the Ad Blocking Module:
- Go to Configure --> Advanced --> Add Site, and then add the root of the site that is hosting the Mediasite content. For example if the content is coming from mediasite.server.com, then add server.com.
- On the Add Blocking tab go to Add --> Permit, and then add the root of the site here as well.
