When is the last day I can register for UNLEASH 2011?

Registrations for UNLEASH On-site will be accepted until 5 p.m. Central on April 29, 2011.
Registrations for UNLEASH Online will be accepted until 5 p.m. Central on May 6, 2011.

What form of payment will you accept?

Conference fee payments are accepted by credit card only (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) via our online registration.

What expenses will I be responsible for in addition to the conference fee?

All travel-related expenses (air, hotel, taxi, tips, gratuity). All Sonic Foundry-sponsored meals are included.

Are guest passes available for the social events?

Yes, guest passes are available for $295.00 and include the Newcomers Reception, Welcome Reception, Birds of a Feather Luncheon and Birthday Bash. Just indicate you need a guest pass on your registration form.

What is the recommended dress for the conference and events?

Dress for the conference and special events is business casual. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater to the sessions as temperatures in the meeting facilities can vary. Typical weather in May ranges from highs in the 70°s (F) to lows in the 40°s.

Is there wireless internet access at the hotel and conference center?

Yes. Sonic Foundry will provide complimentary wireless internet access at the Monona Terrace Convention Center. At the Hilton, wireless internet access is $9.95/day in your room and complimentary wireless internet access is available in their business center.

Will I receive a confirmation of my conference registration?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email confirmation once you submit your completedregistration form.

When is check-in for the conference?

You may check in Monday, May 16 or early Tuesday, May 17.

What do I need to bring to check in?
