When is the last day I can register for UNLEASH 2012?

Registrations for UNLEASH Onsite will be accepted through April 22, 2012.
Registrations for UNLEASH Online will be accepted through May 4, 2012.

What form of payment will you accept?

Conference fee payments are accepted by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or invoice via our registration form.

What expenses will I be responsible for in addition to the conference fee?

All travel-related expenses (air, hotel, taxi, tips, gratuity). All Sonic Foundry-sponsored meals are included.

What day should I arrive if I am attending workshops?

We recommend arriving on Sunday, May 6 in Madison, WI.

Are guest passes available for the social events?

Yes, guest passes are available for $295.00 and include the Newcomers Reception, Welcome Reception, and MUG Jam. Just indicate you need a guest pass on your registration form.

What is the recommended dress for the conference and events?

Dress for the conference and special events is business casual. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater to the sessions as temperatures in the meeting facilities can vary. Typical weather in May ranges from highs in the 70°s (F) to lows in the 40°s.

Is there wireless internet access at the conference center?

Yes. Sonic Foundry will provide complimentary wireless internet access at the Monona Terrace Convention Center.

Will I receive a confirmation of my conference registration?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email confirmation once you submit your completed registration form.

When is check-in for the conference?

You may check in Monday, May 7 or early Tuesday, May 8.

What should I bring for check in?

Please bring a business card to help us check you in faster.
