Our call for proposals is now closed. 

Your participation is what makes UNLEASH an annual success, and we hope you'll consider sharing your Mediasite experience and expertise with your Mediasite peers.

A familiar format. This year’s new Show & Share format provides the opportunity to showcase and discuss your Mediasite application, best practices or how-tos in a more casual, one-on-one or small group environment. Using a poster-style room layout, share your expertise with brief informal presentations.

Similar to traditional poster sessions, Show & Shares will feature multiple presenters in a large community space, allowing attendees to freely move between several presentations during hour-long sessions. As a Show & Share speaker you will have a designated showcase area furnished with a bulletin board, high round cocktail table for a laptop and wireless internet access.

The UNLEASH twist. Unlike typical text-heavy “poster” sessions, we’re looking for engaging and interactive presentations (like UNLEASH itself!). Consider how video, Mediasite presentations, photos or other hands-on props can be used to support your topic, demonstrate your Mediasite solution and bring your session to life. There are plenty of opportunities for creativity and fun!

The best part! All accepted Show & Share presenters receive a speaker discount to register for only $295 - $700 off standard UNLEASH registration. (If you already registered you will receive a refund - $400 for holiday promotion registrants and $100 for Early Bird registrants.)

Have more to share? Some topics are more in-depth and may require a more traditional presentation format to effectively convey the details. UNLEASH offers a select number of Mediasite in Action sessions to accommodate these types of presentations.
