When is the last day I can register for UNLEASH 2013?
UNLEASH Onsite registrations will be accepted through April 12, 2013. UNLEASH Online registrationswill be accepted through April 26, 2013.
What form of payment will you accept?
Conference fee payments are accepted by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or invoice via our registration form.
Will I receive a confirmation of my conference registration?
Yes, you will receive an automatic email confirmation once you submit your completed registration form.
What is your cancellation policy?
All registration cancellations must be received by Friday, March 29, 2013 in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after March 29, 2013 are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another conference attendee within the same organization, provided Sonic Foundry is notified by April 19, 2013.
What expenses will I be responsible for in addition to the conference fee?
All travel-related expenses (air, hotel, taxi, tips, gratuity). All Sonic Foundry-sponsored meals are included.
Are guest passes available for the social events?
Yes, guest passes are available for $295 and include the Newcomers Reception, Welcome Reception and Tuesday evening event. Just indicate you need a guest pass on your registration form.
What day should I arrive?
Conference sessions begin Monday, April 29 at 8:00AM, so we recommend arriving in Madison on Sunday, April 28.
When is check-in for the conference?
You may check in Sunday, April 28 or Monday, April 29.

What is the recommended dress for the conference and events?
Dress for the conference and special events is business casual. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater to the sessions as temperatures in the meeting facilities can vary. Typical weather in April/May ranges from highs in the 70°s (F) to lows in the 40°s.
Is there wireless internet access at the conference center?
Yes. Sonic Foundry will provide complimentary wireless internet access at the Monona Terrace Convention Center.
