Tips for Choosing a Hybrid Event Streaming Partner

You’ve heard of hybrid events. You know that they can help you expand the reach of your event by including those who simply cannot attend. What should those remote attendees experience? What is the easiest and most reliable way to make that happen?

Of course, hybrid event technology does add some moving parts. What are those? Who manages them? And how do I select a partner I can trust to hide any complexity and just “make it happen?”

Join Event Services Program Manager John Pollard as he walks through the various components involved in supporting a Hybrid Event and offers up straightforward criteria to consider when choosing a capture/streaming partner.

During this webcast, you'll learn:

  • Which aspects of your hybrid event are handled by capture/streaming vendors
  • How streaming/capture technology works - in non-tech, plain English
  • The 11 criteria you should use to evaluate vendors and find the best fit for you
  • Where to start your search
