Most universities are presently facing state budget cuts, enrollment caps, new application limits and other restrictions due to the economic landscape.
Yet at the same time, the economic downturn has left students looking for cost-effective ways to continue their education, and corporations pining for alternatives to the traditional on-campus, week-long executive training.
