The most trusted video managementplatform for academic, enterprise and event webcasting
The concept of just-in-time training is not new. Live online training is used to reach people across time and distance. But how do you keep those viewers engaged? How do you make sure they are with you, and will come back for more? And how do you keep your sanity in the process?
After two years of research on what their audience liked and disliked about online training, the clever people at Hunter Douglas Window Fashions have reached a new level of engagement, breaking down the process into pre-, during and post-event phases with defined roles and outcomes for the training team, presenters and the audience.
With the Mediasite webcasting platform as their technology engine, they’ve built a hot rod online training program, complete with LMS integration. From refresher courses to product launches, HR training to internal company meetings, over the last 2+ years they’ve trained over 8,500 people via live streaming webcasts, and the positive feedback is off the charts.
